In recent years we have added Submission Wrestling, Judo, Thai Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, to give our students a much better rounded skill set both for fun and fitness, as well as competitions and self defence. We offer Brazilian Jiujitsu sessions from 4 years (wolf pup programme) up to adults of all ages.
